In most of the work that is done today, there is very little body movement or exercise required. When you move your body, you burn more calories especially if your lifestyle has been very sedentary. Do something you like and enjoy. If you love grooving to music, blast your favorite beats and move that body of yours. If you enjoy squash, then get together with a group of friends for a regular session once or twice a week. As you start your body moving around more, you start to burn more fat doing something you enjoy!

At the same time, experience the movement and feel of how your body moves with all your senses. How your muscles feel to groove to the music, how satisfying it is to hit a solid shot in your tennis game, or even the sun shining on your skin when you’re doing some outdoor activities. Doing something you enjoy means you’re most likely going to stick to it long term. This means not only will you be losing weight, you’re keeping it off for good!

Eat Good Healthy Foods
If all the food that you are eating are junk, you know what will the end result be. So select a healthier diet that have minimal grains and sugars. But while eating whole foods, choose foods that you enjoy eating! By enjoying delicious and healthy meals, you’ll have more pleasure and be healthier too.
