Very inspiring and intense guy. Apparently one thing he did upon arriving for the hotel on Saturday morning at 2:30am (on account of delayed flights) would be to sneak in the pool and workout. That’s dedication.

And Saturday morning, ditto. I wasn’t considering exercising, but I felt look foward to something before on the way to edinburgh airport to get a 6-hour journey home (including all of the sitting around time).

Well, i ended up doing college dorm workout that we’re calling the “Hotel Room Turbulence Training Bodyweight 750″. 700 repetitions of varied body weight exercises that can be done inside a college dorm.

I often went lunges, pushup variations, stickups, mountain climbers, and plenty of others when i trained approximately A half hour and felt great afterward – I must say i benefit from such a activity it is usually for the airport and being strapped right into a seat for Three hours.

So overall, two surprisingly good hotel workouts using bodyweight and dumbell exercises only. Goes to show you there’s no excuse for letting standing on fat burning exercise routine while you are on the highway – even when you are truly busy.

My schedule was actually so jam-packed that we didn’t even play outside once from the 4 days I used to be in Tampa, because hotel was connected to the airport. Fortunately the next thunderstorm is stil quite nice in Toronto and I am out a good deal since getting home.

Next time you are well on the trail and even stay healthy, realize their are not any excuses. From supersets you can do from the hotel gym to body weight exercises within your room (I would not necessarily recommend sneaking in the hotel pool after hours). You are able to burn fat and have fit – no excuses.
