<p>With so many fad diets and fat burner pills out there losing weight should be as simple as popping a pill and watching the fat melt away. Is there such a thing as a Magic Pill for weight loss? <p>If we can simply balance the calories in versus calories burned we would at least stay the same. But what if we could actually burn more calories than we take in on a regular basis? Would that make a difference? You bet it would. Simply reverse the math from above and in 3 days you could lose a pound of bodyweight instead of gaining it. I know, easier said than done. <p>It&#8217;s been shown over and over that eating lots of fruits and vegetables protects against diseases like heart disease and helps us to live longer. Stock up on produce every time you shop to reach the goal of eating five to nine servings of fruits and vegetables a day.  What are the best fruits and vegetables for <a href='http://www.squidoo.com/hearthealthandcholesterol' target='_blank'>cardiovascular health</a>? There are lots of claims and reports from groups trying to sell more of one type of produce. But the key is variety. Choose your favorites each week but also choose at least one new item to try.</p>
<p>But don&#8217;t let those fruits and vegetables go to waste because you forget about them or don&#8217;t find the time to use them before they get rotten. Have a plan for using the produce in recipes or as snacks within a few days of bringing them home. Fruits and vegetables don&#8217;t help your heart if they turn to slime in the refrigerator. <p>In addition to fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish and lean proteins, a few other food round out a heart healthy kitchen. </p>
<p>Beans are a nutritionally rich food being packed with protein, fiber and many other favored nutrients. Bagged beans are usually cheapest and usually have no added ingredients. If you buy canned beans, be careful not to overload on sodium which is often added for flavor.</p>
<p>Nuts and seeds, like beans, are also high in protein, fiber and several nutrients. Unlike beans, though, most nuts are high in fat. <p>Nature of the disorder<br />
Being a developmental disorder, autism by nature is focused mainly on the nervous system and the brain. It appears during childhood, most likely when the child reaches his third year. <p>Symptoms<br />
There are a number of symptoms that we may associate with autism. But due to their inconsistency and variability, many of them are not documented properly and are associated with other disorders and mental diseases.</p>
<p>Symptoms include the inability to properly communicate, uneasiness and inability to maintain focus, they also avoid eye contact and may even refuse to be cuddled. Other symptoms include the nature of speaking in peculiar languages, rhymed speech, observance of meaningless and repetitive routines and extreme changes in moods.</p>
<p>Diagnosis<br />
Diagnosis may start one to two years after birth. However, symptoms are more prominent during the third year of the child, which then confirm whatever symptoms he has displayed before. </p>
