Is The Candida Spit Test A Good Test?
Taking a Candida Spit Test is not the most pleasant process. But here is how it works, You spit into a glass full of water as soon as you rise in the morning, and then watch and record what happens to the saliva every 15 minutes.
You can’t really do any harm by going through your Candida Spit Test, but It is by and large an unreliable test.
For example my own personal testing has revealed inconsistencies. Just to side step for a second, my health is very good any Candida Spit Test should return a healthy result. For 2 of my Candida Spit Tests it was revealed that I may have a problem, but the other one was a complete indication of good health. I can assure you I have no symptoms of this condition, My diet is not conducive to it and I am not exposed to some of the other contributors to yeast intolerance.
But once again if you want to do a Candida Spit Test go right ahead, I just want to make sure to do not place to much emphasis on the results that it gives.
Alright then, below is a description of what you need to do if you would like to “Take The Test”;
Fill up a glass full of water and pop it some where that you will see as soon as you get up and before you get into your morning routine. You must use a glass that is clear. You will be observing through that glass.
Then have yourself a good nights sleep.
As soon as you rise in the morning, you will need to be spitting into the glass. Make sure you have a reasonable amount of spit and away you go. Try to be nice about this, you don’t need to be making a mess.
Now take a quick look at what happens just so that when you come back you can see what has changed. Then onto the morning rituals.
You should take a look at your developing candida spit test every 15 minutes or so for about an hour.
The positive sign to look out for are. But first I will cover off what is supposed to indicate a healthy candida spit test result. Saliva that stays on top of the water but eventually dissipates into the water, is a good sign
It might be that your spit does not dissipate, but either creates a cloud in the water or appear to be like string, or even just drop to the bottom. Finally it might leave some specks hanging in the water.
If this is the case then the theory behind the Candida Spit Test is that you have an issue with Candida. If these symptoms have shown up very quickly then this is meant to be an even stronger positive.
Certainly there will be many results that are accurate and will confirm or deny a problem with Candida Overgrowth. I simply recommend that you take the results with a grain of salt.
Accepting that your results may well be positive, use that information in the right manner and that is to go to the next level of getting advice from a doctor. Sure do your candida spit test, but don’t put to much emphasis on its results.
