Those who appear before us on stage and screen seem to maintain their good looks with no effort, but like anything else worth having or keeping, picture perfect appearance requires work.

The gaunt look is now becoming unfashionable, it appears, as an increasing number of celebrities discover that denial of the body’s needs is not the way to success, or a satisfying and beautiful way to live.
