* a whole tablespoon extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
* a whole clove of garlic
* a couple of Tbsp apple cider vinegar
* a whole apple, chopped small
* ½ small beet, diced
* a whole stick celery, chopped small
* a few sprigs of parsley, chopped small
* a whole cup filtered water
The apple cider vinegar facilitates the emulsification of the oil and water. Garlic loses potency once it is cut. As a consequence it’s always best to drink it right away, before it starts to separate.
If you want to increase the effects of this tonic, raise the number of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and the number of garlic cloves over a few days.
