3. Thirdly, I started engaging in REGULAR ACTIVITY, nothing outrageous, but scheduled. Some days I’ll go for a half hour walk and other days I may feel more like cycling. I may even just take the dog for a walk on the beach, but the secret dwells therein that you do something active everyday for at least 15 to 30 minutes.

4. Finally, I STOPPED CHASING every diet or weight loss program that looked promising. I chose one that I have researched and found to be established upon healthy precepts, and I advise you do the same.
