A Different Routine Every Day
Jog a different route each time. So if you jog within your neighborhood one day, go jogging in the park the next day, or a different neighborhood the day after that. You will find that by changing your route, you change your scenery and expectations will vary for every route that you take. You could even try running on the treadmill one day and jogging the next day outside. This will keep your routine interesting.
Exercises That Are Unusual
There are also exercises out there that are not your usual exercises, and these come in the form of various sports that you try out. Doing pilates instead of aerobics is an example. Just be creative as you plan fun workouts by changing the scenery, the activity, or the reward. Your workouts don’t have to be dull and repetitive anymore.
