Punch excisions and skin grafting
If you suffer from more severe acne scars that are deeper and more pronounced, punch excisions and skin grafting are better options. After the removal, the skin is sutured around the area, or if skin grafting is used, skin is inserted after being grafted from a different location.
Then, the skin simply must heal for the process to complete. If you use skin grafts instead of sutures, you may see a certain amount of mismatched tone for a little while, but this disappears with treatment.
Use a Loofah. Since your back is a hard to reach area, the use of a loofah is very helpful. Loofah can actually make a good exfoliating scrub when you are taking a shower. When regularly done, you are getting rid of your dead skin cells, thus minimizing your chances of further developing acne. However, make sure to avoid scrubbing the affected areas roughly. This is to avoid inflammation and further irritation.
3. Salicylic Acid: Although you shouldn’t use salicylic acid on your face (at least not in high amounts), it is great for your chest and back. There are sprays available at places such as Clinique that both girls and guys can use to control body acne. It’s usually not too high-priced, and it lasts a long time.
