What to eat – health and diet

Most of us eat too much and an excess of junk foods which we shouldn’t rely on the way we do although it is not a good idea to cut out everything you enjoy. How we feel is also a determining factor as people who are depressed or are not happy about their lives usually consume too much.

Problems occur when medical conditions arise from overeating, like diabetes which is on the increase but we must not forget other diseases like cancer, heart conditions and raised blood pressure. When dealing with an overweight person, you cannot rely solely on any easy weight loss diet to be a ‘cure-all’ when the psychological factor has not been considered.
