Why You Should Drop Those Last 10 Pounds
There are lots of reasons why someone would want to lose weight. People spend a lot of their time worrying about their health. Keeping yourself in a healthy weight range is paramount for people who like doing sporting activities, so if you aren’t in shape getting to play sports again can act as motivation for men. Whatever your reason if you think you might want to get back in shape then the time is now. You might question things and say, “how can I lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks?” Actually losing the weight is the easy part. What the real challenge is is just getting this weight loss project underway. If you start now you are at an advantage. You’ll have less weight to lose, and believe me it gets harder with time.
Tons of persons I know have been chatting me up about this new thing called the raw food diet. It is reasonable for a few major reasons. You don’t just get to eat anything you want, you still have to eat food that is generally good for you. Also on top of that is the fact that when you cook fruits and vegetables you really are cooking a lot of the nutrients out of them. It is understandable that this “fad” diet is quickly growing in favor with a lot of people. I’ve never tried this diet myself, but I think I can tell a winner from a loser just by asking myself what makes sense and what is foolish. This isn’t like a diet that tells you to stop eating pasta and lose weight. When I take in information the thing I try to keep in mind is that people shouldn’t be changing WHAT I think, but rather changing HOW I think by providing a new viewpoint. That’s how I try to discern what is reasonable and what isn’t at least.
I think the important quest is for a person is to lose 5 lbs fast. Once that first 5 pounds comes off then it’s almost like you’re addicted to losing weight and it becomes a lot easier. Getting geared up to lose weight is the real challenge, and once that first 5 comes off it definitely it gets easier and easier. I know I recently annoyed my boyfriend the other day when we went shopping and I took forever looking at all the amounts of fat and calories. Oh well I guess it’s just important for people to educate themselves. As long as you know what you are getting into you can make good decisions for you and your health.
